WORST courier ever, all courier companies have evolved and deliver to the furthest areas for the cheapest prices, yet DHL still live in the Stone Age and won't deliver any parcel thats 20-30mins away from their location whereas a SMALL CAFETERIA would do that for even FASTER and CHEAPER

My package was delivered here from US and when i called DHL to know whereabouts of my package they told me its in the DHL Al Ain Falah station and you have to pick it up yourself because they dont deliver to the area where i live lol, if i had to pick it up myself why would i use and pay them for courier service
